No. You get a working store at yourname.shopzen.bd as soon as you sign up. Add products from your phone, choose a design, and share the link — there's nothing to install or code.
How do my customers pay?
Cash on delivery: customers order on your store and pay the rider. You confirm each order by phone before sending it. Or bKash: they send money to your bKash number and type the transaction ID, and you approve it once you see it in your bKash app.
Is Starter really free?
Yes — up to 25 products, one team member and every free design, with no time limit and no card. Upgrade only when you need more.
Can I use my own domain, like yourbrand.com.bd?
Yes, on Growth and Scale. You add two records at the company you bought the domain from and ShopZen checks them for you. Your shopzen.bd link keeps working too.
Can I run the store from my phone?
