Questions about pricing

What happens when I reach my plan's limit?

Nothing breaks and your store stays online. You just can't add another product or team member until you upgrade or make room.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, from Settings → Plan & billing. Upgrades start once they're paid. Moving down works as long as your store fits the smaller plan — ShopZen tells you exactly what to change first.

How do I pay for a plan?

With bKash, monthly or yearly: send the amount to ShopZen's bKash number and enter the transaction ID. Your plan changes once we confirm it, and you get a receipt by email.

Does ShopZen take a cut of my sales?

No. You pay the plan price and that's it. Cash on delivery goes from your customer to you.
